Find video tutorials for the beginner and intermediate level Pilates mat exercises here. In this video showcase I’ll walk you through each of the 34 original mat exercises including modifications to help you get started. The videos are arranged in order according to Joseph Pilates’ book “Return To Life”. This is known as the “classical order” (or just “the order”) and is the basis for my teaching. Check the notes for each video for basic set up instructions and level of the exercise (Beginner or Intermediate). Advanced-level exercises will be added later on.
